Device Management
SYS provides devices for both staff and the student body. All devices are managed through a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to ensure that groups of staff have an automatic deployment of necessary apps, and managed devices remain secure. SYS also supports school staff with professional development around the new devices to ensure an easy transition and to inform staff of features that will help make their job easier. At any given time, the inventory management system can report on the location, status, and assigned user of any Chromebook in the school. This level of reporting aids in anticipating trends such as a need to order additional devices or to take additional steps for device recovery.

Warehouse and Shipping
We provide storage, shipping, receiving, and inventory management solutions for student and staff devices. Student devices are shipped after enrollment or to replace lost, stolen, or malfunctioning devices, and SYS carries a surplus of devices to ensure that any lost or damaged devices can be replaced quickly.

Instructional Support
SYS Education comes with a team of Instructional Coaches, who are veteran online teachers themselves, and who understand how to support schools in achieving their missions. The Instructional Coaches provide instructional support that includes asynchronous and synchronous training for the various platforms and devices used as well as training on instructional techniques, and sound practices in online learning. Our coaches provide individualized instructional coaching for teachers and one-on-one guidance and support for teachers building their own courses.

Website Support
Our website manager will work closely with partner schools to provide content and design assets for their websites, and will ensure that any information presented remains up-to-date and relevant. We use Squarespace as a content management solution to ensure that our websites retain a professional, consistent look, and to boost SEO efforts.

Social Media and Marketing
Our social media manager will work with school administrators and staff to support them in creating social media content that remains consistent and on-brand. Our marketing team will work alongside school leadership to create a presence that accurately represents the experience students would have at their school.

Tech Support
SYS Education employs a team of Technical Support Agents who are available to our teachers, students, and families during business hours to assist with the technology we provide. Our team uses the Zendesk support suite and is available to answer tickets via email, chat, and phone. They will also create school-specific support articles for staff, students, and families, so that those interested in self-service will be able to easily find school-specific answers to any questions or issues

Curriculum Development
Our team of Instructional Coaches are veteran online teachers. We work with your school or district to create custom, high quality curriculum that fits your needs and aligns to state standards. We have experience creating both online and print curriculum, and are a great fit for schools looking for a hybrid solution.
