Technical Support Agent

Proposed Start Date: 08/01/24

The Technical Support Agent works under the supervision of the Chief Technology Officer to support clients that include K-12 school families and educators. Responsibilities include providing technical support, shipping and receiving hardware, and maintaining inventory management. This work takes place at the Milwaukie, OR office and warehouse.

This position is suited for individuals who have an interest in technology and education and who are excited about the dynamic pace of working in a startup environment. The workplace emphasizes collaborative teamwork and innovation to solve problems with out-of-the-box solutions.

Pay range

$55-65,000

Requirements for this position include:

  • Familiarity with Google Apps

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

Useful skills for this position include:

  • Experience in a technology-driven work environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Familiarity with the Canvas LMS
